Amendment 0001 – The purpose of this amendment is to correct the email POC to request drawings, as
detailed within the amendment document.
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, Closure Protective Covers (CPCs) in accordance with Government Drawings, as detailed within the attached combined solicitation/synopsis.
The contractor must manufacture and deliver Closure Protective Covers (CPCs) per Government Drawings (JCM-14865-001), including a First Article (CLIN 0001) and production units (CLIN 0002), and provide a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) with material validations, certifications, and test documentation as specified in the Contract Data Requirements List.
