Offerors must provide a list of equipment being provided as well as a technical drawing of intended system architecture for review of technical acceptability.
Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical and Price Factors that will be utilized.
• Delivery: Required delivery is FOB Destination to Ellsworth AFB, SD, no later than 180 days after contract award.
• Attachment: All information necessary to submit a quote is contained in the attached RFQ document titled FA469026Q0041. Offerors must read the attachment in its entirety before submitting a quote.

52.232-18 Availability of Funds.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
This amendment is to extend the time for quotes as well as attach Attachment 3 - Floor Plan. This is to give offerors more time to prepare quotes with some additional information. In regards to the Q&A this will be attached at a later date due to delays internally.
The contractor shall design, engineer, program, test, and install a turnkey Audio Visual (A/V) System Equipment Upgrade in Building 7510 at Ellsworth AFB, SD, covering the DEPTAC Classroom (Room 168), Deployment Passenger Lobby (Room 127), and Sterile Room (Room 155D/156D). Work includes providing and installing LED video walls, commercial LED monitors, control systems, matrix switchers, audio systems, networking infrastructure, and all associated hardware. The contractor must provide source-code software programming, a minimum one-year warranty, training sessions, and a System Continuity Package. The contractor is responsible for site preparation, demolition of old systems, restoration, and debris removal. Delivery is required within 180 calendar days of contract award.
