This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $24.5M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform wastewater pre-treatment system operational support at NBAF. Tasks include analyzing and improving treatment processes, chemical dosing, and equipment; interpreting meter and gauge readings and reviewing lab data to determine if process adjustments are necessary to comply with regulatory permits; informing NBAF staff on changes in wastewater treatment regulations and standards; assisting with the preparation of required reports and permits to regulatory agencies; providing recommendations to address operational issues; assessing new equipment and treatment technologies; providing marginal assistance with the design, installation, and commissioning of new or upgraded systems; and providing a comprehensive report for the on-site support session. The contractor must also submit resumes for key personnel and two case studies of past projects similar in scope.
