The contractor must furnish and deliver 500 each modular, high-density vulcanized rubber blocks measuring 6" x 12" x 12" that encapsulate rounds, prevent ricochets, and provide a safe live-fire training environment. The blocks must be capable of sustaining 5,000 to 10,000 rounds before failure, defeat high-velocity military calibers, self-heal after impact, and be delivered FOB Destination to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD by 15 February 2027.
