Notice of Intent to Solicit an Oscilloscope Test Instrument

The contractor shall deliver one (1) oscilloscope meeting minimum specifications including 13 GHz bandwidth, four channels, 500 MB memory depth per channel, rise time less than 40 ps, noise floor less than 0.5% full scale, vertical scale less than 40 mV full scale, dynamic range greater than 100 dB, sample rate 125 GS/s or greater, time resolution less than 10 ps, vertical resolution 12 bits or greater, 10,000 real time averages, display jitter less than 150 fs RMS, one-year calibration, and one-year warranty. Delivery is FOB Destination to Adelphi Laboratory Center, 2800 Powder Mill Road, Adelphi, MD 20783.
