Spectrometer Single Mixing System

The offeror will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to purchase and install a new single mixing system. The system must have multiple rapid (<1 second) spectroscopic measurements of enzyme after mixing with steroid and/or cofactor proteins, absorbance and fluorescence photomultiplier tube detectors, a pneumatically-driven single drive ram, automatic dead-time and drive volume measurement, built-in electronics, control and data analysis software, a spares kit, an ultra-stable light source of at least 150W, a programmable monochromator, standard 120 V power supply, anaerobic accessory, glove box interface option, and must fit in a research glove box of 42 x 25 x 30.5 inches. The vendor must coordinate delivery, provide installation setup documentation, perform testing with 2,4-dinitrophenyl acetate hydrolysis experiment, complete an IT checklist, provide an orientation session by a trained technical scientist, user training materials, documentation for system operation and maintenance, and perform instrument qualification, operational qualification, and instrument performance verification services. The system must include a minimum 5-year warranty and annual preventative maintenance for a minimum of 5 years, with optional post-warranty service contracts and telephone technical support.
