The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform dry cleaning service, for BEP Police Uniforms, as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
The contractor shall provide labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform best value commercial laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, and repairs for the uniform clothing of the assigned police officers. Services include cleaning, stain removal, drying, starching, hanging, wrapping, bagging, minor repairs (tears up to 4 inches, holes up to 1 inch), and replacement of damaged or missing buttons, snaps, and zippers. The contractor must adhere to a drop-off and pick-up schedule on Mondays and Thursdays between 8am and 10am, with pick-up on the same days. The contractor must also provide delivery tickets, daily accountability sheets, and monthly invoices.
