Sole Source - American Power Conversion (APC) Symmetra PX40kW N+1 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems and Turnkey Installation

The Contractor shall decommission and remove the existing end-of-life APC Symmetra UPS system and all associated components; provide, install, and commission two (2) APC Symmetra PX 40kW N+1 UPS systems; integrate with existing electrical infrastructure including backup generator and automatic transfer switch; perform comprehensive acceptance testing including full load bank test, battery discharge test, generator transfer test, bypass operation test, and power quality analysis; deliver training to a minimum of four Government-designated personnel; and provide a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty with 24/7 emergency on-site response. The Contractor shall also deliver a Site Assessment Report, Decommissioning Plan, Project Management Plan and Schedule, Quality Control Plan, As-Built Drawings, Acceptance Test Procedures and Report, Training Plan and Materials, Operations and Maintenance Documentation, Warranty Documentation, Disposal Certifications, and Monthly Status Reports.
