The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the complete roof renovation of an Office Building for the U.S Mission in Marseille, France.
The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to remove the existing roof covering, battens, flashings, gutters, and associated elements; supply and install new treated rafters, under-roof membrane, corrugated fiber cement sheets, and canal tiles matching the original; replace all ridges, flashings, chimney surrounds, and gutters as specified; replace and install one new roof light and associated structural supports; remove all debris and perform final site cleaning. The work also includes supplying and installing a permanent lifeline and certified anchor points, and reutilizing and refixing the electrical earthing cable.
