The contractor shall provide a billeting tent to support 200 personnel, 200 sleeping cots, 8 floodlights (minimum 4000W equivalent each), portable toilets (at least 1 per 10 people), portable hand-washing stations (at least 1 per 10 people), and 2 dumpsters over a 5-day period. Services include set-up/tear down, site cleanup, 24/7 maintenance support, delivery of water for hand-washing stations, daily removal of grey water, and daily cleaning and disinfecting of portable toilets. The tent must have flooring, air conditioning, and power generation, and be capable of withstanding sustained winds up to 80 mph. All equipment must be operational by August 24th at 0800 EST and removed by August 28th at 1600 EST (2359 EST for floodlights).
