The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, testing, commissioning, and documentation necessary to furnish, deliver, install, test, commission, and startup three (3) Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units, two (2) roof-mounted dry coolers, two (2) pump packages, piping, electrical services, controls integration, and all ancillary components required to provide a complete and fully operational cooling solution for the MSPB Server Room. The work includes removal of existing equipment, mechanical installation, roof work, electrical installation, controls integration, and post-installation submittals.
