The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS for Colombia. All interested sellers must submit their quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR16142916 no later than August 20, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to AlejoA@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov.
No quotations will be accepted after this time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
The contractor must supply and deliver construction materials including 400 units of 1/2-inch x 6-meter reinforcing bars (No. 4 steel), 30 units of 5/8-inch x 1.80-meter copper grounding rods (Copperweld-type complying with UL 467, IEC, NEMA, RETIE, and NTC 2206), 550 kilograms of river sand, 10 units of 18-gauge annealed steel tie wire, and 1 service of transportation and delivery to the Antinarcotics Base in Barrancabermeja. Delivery must be within 30 days after receipt of order, and the contractor is responsible for all shipping, loading, unloading, and replacement of lost or damaged items. A one-year warranty is required, with 2-hour phone/email response and 48-hour on-site repair.
