Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Quotes are due no later than 24July 2026, 12:00 PM Mountain Time by email to the Contracting Officer, Megan Acord, at Megan.Acord@usda.gov so that it is delivered into this inbox by the due date and time. Emails should contain 3 separate attachments in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. Be aware that large attachments may increase the time required to deliver an email. Period of Performance for this requirement is base plus two (2) one-year options.
