The contractor shall conduct a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) scrub for the Air Force T400 engine, resolve part obsolescence, modernize the supply chain by identifying commercial equivalents and superseded parts, and integrate updates into the AF enterprise through Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and updated technical data. Specific tasks include delivering a component-level BOM, prioritizing the top five work stoppage components, researching and providing updated part numbers with commercial equivalents and lineage, generating ECPs in a ready-for-Government-approval state, delivering updated Technical Data Packages (TDPs) with engineering drawings, and delivering ECPs and TDPs concurrently as a single package.
