The service agreement includes unlimited repair visits with travel and labor, replacement parts for corrective maintenance, priority response for instrument failures, remote technical support, preventive maintenance, minor hardware and software updates, and a 15% discount on applicable training services. The period of performance is one calendar year from date of award. The estimated cost is $22,288.00.
