The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to remove the old scissor dock lift and controller and install a new controller and scissor dock lift on the existing dock platform of the Postal Service Center at 2907 Tuskegee Airmen Ave, JB MDL, NJ. The new lift must meet specific technical specifications including a 72" x 120" platform, 5,000 lb capacity, 460V motor, and dedicated 60Hz circuit. The contractor is responsible for connecting the controller to existing electrical power, obtaining necessary permits and inspections, removing the old lift, restoring the site, disposing of hazardous waste per RCRA and NJDEP regulations, and repairing any damaged adjacent areas at no cost to the Government. All work must comply with Federal, state, and local codes including NEC, NFPA, BOCA, CABO, and OSHA standards, and must be completed within 90 business days from award plus material lead time.
