FY26 - Furniture Requirement

**Amendment 0001 - Purpose of this amendment is to provide a second site visit on Monday, 31 August 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. Please see amended solicitation for site visit details. **

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the Solicitation Response due date by 6 calendar days. Old solicitation response due date at 8 September 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. New solicitation response due date on 14 September 2026 at 10:00 MT.

2. Provide Attachment 7 - RFI_Answers

3. Provide Attachment 8 - Current_Room_Layout

4. Provide a revised attachment 1 - SOW.

5. Update the CLIN structure

Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide a revised Statement of Work (SOW) that has removed carpet requirements from the solicitation and provide additional information in regard to attachment 9 - RFI_Answers_R2.

**2. Remove CLIN 0004 and CLIN 0005. **

3. Remove attacgment 2 - Approved Color Schemes

**4. Provide Attachment 9 - RFI_Answers_R2. **

**Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised Statement of Work. The revision that occurred was to remove line 3.1.8 "the contractor must be the authorized dealer of the specific office workplace furniture manufacturer proposed for the project". This wording correlates to the Office Workplace Furniture (OWF) which is not being utilized for this requirement. **

This is a new requirement to procure office furniture (cubicles, desks, chairs, and cabinets) and install it on Schriever Space Force Base. Additionally, to replace old carpet/flooring with new carpet/flooring and cove base. Important details listed below, but please see the Solicitation Document for **FULL **instructions and details.

Site Visit: 27 August 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. You must contact the listed point of contact on this solicitation no later than 26 August 2026 at 2:00 PM MT that you or a representative of your company will be attending and/or need access to base.

**Second Site visit - Monday, 31 August 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. You must contact the listed point of contact on this solicitation no later than 28 August 2026 at 3:00 PM MT that you or a representative of your company will be attending and/or need access to base. **

RFIs/Questions: Due no later than 1 September 2026 by 10:00 AM MT.

Solicitation Quotes: Due no later than 14 September 2026 by 10:00 AM MT.

Nonmanufacturer Rule: The manufacturer the vendor resells/deals the product for, the vendor must provide the manufacturer's company name and manufacturer's UEI/CAGE code. Failure to meet the nonmanufacturer rule may result in the vendor being deemed ineligible for contract award. (Page 16, point g).

The contractor must be a small business. The manufacturer, if one is utilized, must also be a small business.
