Mystic Ranger District/Great Plains Dispatch Center-Janitorial Services

The contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to perform janitorial services for the Mystic Ranger District Office (8221 Mount Rushmore Road), Mystic Ranger District Warehouse (8131 Mount Rushmore Road), Great Plains Interagency Dispatch Center (8123 Mount Rushmore Road), and Research Station Warehouse (8125 Mount Rushmore Road), Rapid City, SD. The Main office contains approximately 24,300 square feet of floor area (16,742 sq ft carpeted, 3,415 sq ft tile/linoleum, 1,658 sq ft porcelain tile). The Mystic District Warehouse has approximately 2,283 square feet of vinyl floor area. The Great Plains Interagency Dispatch Center contains approximately 4,611 square feet (2,981 sq ft carpeted, 500 sq ft grouted tile, 218 sq ft non-grouted tile, 912 sq ft bare concrete not serviced). The Research Station Warehouse has one bathroom with vinyl floor of approximately 44 square feet. Daily services include cleaning bathrooms, kitchen/break room, lobby/visitor area, hallways, outside areas, office areas and rooms, and the Mystic District Warehouse. Weekly services include full carpet vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets and walls, and waxing/buffing tiled floors. Monthly services include cleaning lobby glass, dusting wall surfaces, and cleaning glass in doors. Quarterly services include stripping and waxing vinyl floors and vacuuming chairs. Semi-annual services include dusting blinds, cleaning windows, cleaning vents, and cleaning grout. Annual services include shampooing carpets. The contractor must also provide a Quality Control Plan, a Cleaning Operations and Stewardship Plan, and an Affirmative Procurement Program for biobased products.
