The center requires a newelectrical hookup for a lab trailer and electrical upgrades for the two greenhouses (indicated as North Greenhouse and South Greenhouse) and the upper garage. Both greenhouses require foundational repairs and re-parging. One greenhouse requires a commercial grade greenhouse door replacement.

This is a request for quote (RFQ) solicited using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13.

Work includes: hardwiring wall-mounted exhaust fans in both greenhouses; installing a 240V/50amp outlet in the upper garage; installing an electrical hookup for a lab trailer; replacing all outlet sockets in both greenhouses; inspecting, repairing and re-parging the knee walls of both greenhouses (approximately 350 linear feet, 3 feet tall); and removing and replacing the current 36" x 80" commercial greenhouse door to the North Greenhouse with a comparable commercial aluminum door.
