Upgrade Fire Alarm System Construction 676-22-110

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in the contract in accordance with specifications and drawings to complete Project # 676-22-110: Upgrade Fire Alarm System at Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI. The work includes demolition of existing fire alarm components and installation of a new campus-wide fire alarm system across numerous buildings, including new command center consoles, servers, and all associated devices, conduit, and wiring. The existing fire alarm system must remain active until the new system is installed and operational. The project is not design-build; all devices shown on plans and one-lines are accurate. Bid alternatives are not being utilized; pricing is on base bid only.
