Maxwell_AFB_Purchase Agents for Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On- Line (AFCOOL)_Solicitation

The contractor shall purchase all approved civilian/industry credentialing exams, course materials, exam preparation materials, and exam preparation courses/boot camps through various credentialing agencies and vendors for the AFCOOL CPO. The contractor shall review 100% of applications to ensure required documents are included, arrange and make payments within 3 duty days upon approval, provide and use various payment methods, maintain spending accounts (Purchasing Agent Manager: no less than $500,000/month; each purchasing agent: no less than $300,000/month), provide weekly invoicing reports, monthly status reports, monthly grade status updates, and develop a Standard Operating Procedures manual. The contractor shall also identify cost-saving opportunities targeting a 5% reduction in government cost from the previous year. The work will be performed on-site at the AFCOOL Program Office at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, with situational telework authorized.
