NSWC IHD has a requirement to procure a LASER ENGRAVER and a LASER CUTTER in support of NISE FY26 - CBRD area lab revitalization project. This requirement will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This requirement is brand name and requires model that is requested base on research specifications and capabilities. Quotes should include your company's cage code, phone number, point of contact, and all shipping cost. Your quotes should be valid for 30 days. Vendor will need access to Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) as a method of payment.

Shipping – Destination vs Origin
“In the event shipping is not included in the overall price, the Vendor shall include all applicable shipping costs in its quote”
“Quotes must be all-inclusive. If shipping is not included in the overall price, the Vendor is responsible for identifying and including all shipping costs in the quote.”
The contractor shall deliver one Boss LS 1630 GEN V H laser cutter with associated components (CO2 tube, power supply, chiller, air pump, lenses, alignment tool, air solenoid kit, nozzles, housing, and 2-year warranty) and one Boss FM D Desktop fiber laser engraver with associated components (50W fiber source, lenses, fiber optic glasses, rotary chuck, and 2-year warranty). The contractor shall produce the items upon award and deliver them onsite no later than 60 days from receipt of contract award, with delivery on or before September 30, 2026. The contractor is responsible for replacement of defective or damaged parts at no cost to the Government.
