Direct Digital Control (DDC)/JACE Upgrades

Amend 0002: Post Questions and Answers. Extend quotation due date to 31 July 2026. Amend 0001: Add Site Visit Meeting Location and Map.

This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Operational Contracting Division, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) FA282326Q0038 to establish a contract for Direct Digital Control (DDC)/JACE Upgrades.

All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 20 May 2026 and will be executed as Firm-Fixed-Price contract.This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors), which carries a size standard of $19.0 million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is J041. Offerors must clearly identify their business size status within their quotations to be considered eligible for award. NOTICE TO OFFERORS - The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses and/or provisions by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available.
