This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a five-year, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0926Q70092729 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for glazier services (nationwide). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, 26 August 2025. The contractor shall unload ballistic glass panels and support stands from an A-frame storage truck, transport them to the appropriate floor/location, install the panels into the support stands ensuring each is secured, and clean the panels without using ammonia-based products. The contractor shall also unsecure and remove the panels after the event, load them back onto the A-frame truck in the original configuration, and warrant the panels for any damage caused during installation/removal. The contractor is liable for any property damage caused.
