NPSC Clinical Laboratory Scientist Services at the NNMC

The contractor must provide a clearinghouse claims management solution that includes automated components for Claims Submission & Management, Remittance & Payment Management, and Patient Billing & Payment Management. The solution must be web-based, HIPAA-compliant, and provide a single claims management interface for all government and commercial payers. Services include real-time patient eligibility verification, claims status inquiry, address verification, denial/payment management, auto posting, and electronic data interchange transactions. The contractor must provide maintenance and ongoing support including software upgrades, web-based connectivity, and programming services for transitions such as Medicare intermediary services and ICD/CPT mandates. The place of performance includes Northern Navajo Medical Center (Shiprock, NM), Four Corners Regional Health Center (Teec Nos Pos, AZ), and DZ Health Center (Bloomfield, NM).
