The contractor must manufacture a Case, Compressor, Air (NSN 2840-01-538-9773 NZ) made of aluminum alloy, which houses the #2 and #3 bearing assemblies of the F-100 engine. The requirement includes a First Article Test Report, First Article Test Plan, and First Article units (both expended and non-expended) under Bid A, or a waiver of First Article requirements under Bid B for offerors who have previously furnished production quantities of the same or similar article. Production quantities are to be delivered to DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker AFB, OK, with a required delivery date on or before 31 January 2030. The contractor must comply with AS9100 quality standards, IUID marking requirements, Buy American Act provisions, and packaging/marking requirements per MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129.
