Remove safety hazard of unsupported masonry walls in multiple locations on Joint Base Charleston, Air Base and Naval Weapons Station. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment and supplies to remove, replace or repair unsecured walls. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State, Local Regulations to include but not limited to the following:

International Electrical Code (NFPA 70)
National Fire Code (NFPA 1)
Unified Federal Criteria (UFC)
Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS)
The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract IAW the procedures at RFO 12.201-1 and RFO Part 36 respectively. A mandatory site visit will be held within an estimated three calendar days from the issuance of the solicitation. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for review. The anticipated date of award is no later than 30 September 2026. Please be advised this is not a request for quote.
