Solicitation number W912JA-26-Q-A016 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide musical instruments and supporting equipment for the 151st Band in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirement.

The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, supervision, and management necessary to provide the identified products to the 151st Army Band located in Montgomery, Alabama. The items include a Yamaha DM7C 72 Channel Mixer, DM7C Case, 16x8 Stage Boxes, 16 Port Switch, 8 Port Ethercon Patch Panel, 50' and 200' Ethercon Cables, Subwoofer Bags, 8 Port Switch, Routers, Wireless Access Point, Workbox, TA4F to XLRF cables, 25' Quad Edison cables, SM81 Windscreens, Wireless Bodypack Holders, Bar Lights, Bar Light Cases, 25' DMX Cables, Extension Cables, Ethercon Couplers, 2 Channel and 5 Channel Cable Ramps, Power Distro, Feeder Cable, Wood Body Clarinet, Marching Bass Drum, Bass Drum Carrier, Flute and Case, Alto Sax, Soprano Sax, Tenor Sax, Bass Upright, Sousaphone, and Oboe. Delivery is to 1720 Cong W.L. Dickinson Drive, Montgomery, AL 36109-0711 and to 3443 US HIGHWAY 80 W, SELMA AL 36701-2403. The contractor shall provide all owner's manuals, service manuals, and manufacturer documentation. All equipment shall have the standard manufacturer's warranty.
