The contractor must provide hardware upgrades including tip wipe, tip setter + purge calibration fixture, tip stabilizer with LEDs + tip changer, touch probe, new configuration files, C3DM technician install, and 4K hardware and software. The standard package includes 5 hours per month of engineering support, up to 2 pairs of Chromaflow 70 material per month, and 100 tips. The contractor must also provide training for a minimum of six trainees over at least two days at Hill AFB, and a one-year warranty covering defects and software updates.
