FY 26 Upgrade Non-Paint - Central & South NJ

The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to accomplish FY 2026 Upgrade work at 11 locations in New Jersey. Work includes replacing carpet tiles at Army Recruiting Company HQ in Blackwood; installing mini-blinds at Navy Recruiting Station in Cherry Hill; installing video intercom entry control systems at Army Medical Recruiting Station in Cherry Hill and Marines Recruiting Station in New Brunswick; installing exterior joint perforated window graphics at Marines Recruiting Station in Deptford and Mays Landing; installing door sweeps at Air Force Recruiting Station in East Brunswick; installing battery backup for CCTV, a 55" TV monitor, and an electrified push-bar at Navy Recruiting Station in Mays Landing; installing Air National Guard wordmark wall graphic and exterior signage at Air National Guard Recruiting Station in Mays Landing; spot replacing acoustical ceiling tiles and repairing dual roller shades at Marines Recruiting Station in Marlton; and replacing a non-working CCTV/DVR system at Army Recruiting Station in Sicklerville. Work must start at contract award and be completed within 90 days, during normal business hours, with site visits required before bidding.
