28007 Ebfd Pp Automatic Greasing System

The contractor shall furnish, install, and test three (3) new turbine wicket gate dual-line automatic greasing systems with 110 points per unit (330 total). The system must supply grease to underwater points on a once-weekly frequency and to the rest on a once-monthly frequency. The contractor shall supply mechanical, electrical (230VAC), and control systems, including cabling, breakers, disconnects, and a control system with Auto-Hand-Off modes. The contractor shall also supply and apply the first fill of VSG brand 'Green' Wicket Gate Grease. Installation must occur during the maintenance season (October 15 through February 15), with a maximum of 21 days per unit. The contractor must provide as-built drawings in .dwg format, a commissioning plan, and warranty information. The work is performed at the Elephant Butte Power Plant, 4696 Hwy 51, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
