The contractor shall provide annual and semi-annual service, annual load banking, annual oil samples, and annual fuel samples for 10 emergency generators, 3 standby generators, and 3 mobile generators at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. Specific tasks include annual load bank testing (4 hours), annual generator maintenance (fuel sample analysis, oil sample analysis, lube/oil/oil filter change, fuel filter change, engine tune-up), and semi-annual generator maintenance (periodic inspections).
