The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, tools, materials and other items and services as necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA), and custodial services in accordance with the contract and performance work statement at the Memphis NSA Commissary located at 7428 Sample Drive, Millington. Shelf stocking includes stocking all cases available for stocking to the nearest full case, fronting and facing merchandise, rotating stock, and removing expired items. RSHA operations include offloading trucks, transporting merchandise, segregating, storing, and pulling merchandise, and managing the warehouse. Custodial services include day and night custodial tasks such as floor maintenance, restroom cleaning, glass and window cleaning, and snow and ice removal. The contract includes a base period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 and four one-year option periods.
