The contractor shall install two new control joints in the exterior south wall with backer rods and sealant, widen the middle control joint in the south wall to a minimum of 1/2 inch with new backer rod and sealant, remove and replace existing sealant in seven additional control joints (approximately 30 feet each) ensuring a minimum sealant depth of 1/2 inch, repair damaged Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) at the top of the wall, and remove all debris and trash from the site.
