The selected consultants will provide services on a Task/Work Order basis, including Land Use Planning (ULURP documents, alteration maps, surveys), Environmental Impact Assessments (SEQRA/CEQR/NEPA compliance, Phase 1 and 2 site assessments), Economic & Real Estate Analysis (feasibility studies, appraisal reviews), Engineering Studies & Cost Estimating (rehabilitation and new construction of park facilities, drainage and flood modelling), and Master Planning & Public Engagement (site analyses, conceptual renderings, public outreach). Work is assigned via Work Order Letters, with payment methods including lump sum, hourly rates, or negotiation.
