Laundry Services

The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/ Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the Provision of On Call Laundry services at DHS shelters, (PIN: 25BSEDD03901/EPIN: 07125B0006). This Competitive Sealed Bid (RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal on Thursday, July 16, 2026. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page, and click on the Procurement Navigator blue box. This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the RFx, insert the EPIN 07125B0006 into the Keywords search field. Instructions for submitting responses to this RFx can be found via PASSPort. Please submit your bids by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab. Until further notice, the Department of Social Services (HRA/DHS) will conduct all in-person meetings (Pre-bid conferences and bid openings) that would normally be open to the public via conference call and/or video-conference only using the Cisco Webex platform.
