Part 1: Project Scope of Work Overview:
Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision for renovations resulting in a complete, compliant, and fully-functional project.
Replace medium voltage oil-filled transformers that serve the following buildings on the James A. Lovell FHCC campus: 1, 3, 9, 11, 66, 137 and 187. Transformers have 4160 volt primary and 208/120 volt secondary. There are (4) transformers rated for 150 KVA, (2) transformers rated for 300 KVA and (1) transformer rated for 750 KVA. The 150 KVA transformer at building 3 will need to be relocated as well.
