The purpose of this requirement is to acquire and deliver to the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center Multi-Specialty CBOC Rolla a Compact Wheelchair Recliner, Bariatric Bench, Universal Headrest, and installation services.
The contractor must furnish and deliver a compact wheelchair recliner designed to accommodate wheelchairs and a bariatric bench, with a max-load rating of 880 lbs., a bariatric bench for patients up to 825 lbs., a universal headrest, and provide white glove installation at the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center Multi-Specialty CBOC Rolla. The recliner must allow upright and reclined positioning, have a medical-grade steel or aluminum frame, a recline angle up to approximately 60 degrees, padded seat/backrest/leg rest with high-density foam, medical-grade fluid-resistant upholstery, a seat width minimum 32 inches, and a rechargeable internal battery. Delivery is FOB destination, and the contractor must provide a two-year free replacement warranty.
