(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(II) The solicitation number is NB671020-26-01661 and this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted.
(III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated 3/13/2026. This document includes references to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Per Procurement Memorandum (PM) 2026-06, the Department of Commerce has issued a class deviation to implement the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and adopt the RFO model deviated text.
(IV) The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 – Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

The contractor shall install, configure, and calibrate an existing system of 62 PrimeX13 cameras onto a free-standing truss system in the PSITC room, run Ethernet cables from the network switch to each camera, and provide software and hardware expansion including two sets of passive markers, eight active marker kits, markerless capture for body and hands, a 3-year license for base and features, and an additional software license for base tracking software without markerless capture for a separate workstation for 3 years. The system must be capable of tracking the dynamic position of personnel and equipment and be fully compatible with existing OptiTrack hardware and Motive software. The contractor must also provide a site-specific Safety Plan, all required personal protective equipment, and comply with HSPD-12 identification requirements.
