This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services for off-site sterile processing services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation and Award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is HT940626QE069. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The services will be posted on the GPE as full and open competition. This is a solicitation for quotes.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform full disinfection, sterilization, and assembly of Martin Army Community Hospital surgical trays. Services include establishing MACH as a customer in the contractor's tracking system, receiving decontaminated trays, performing full disinfection and sterilization, ensuring quality control, and preparing trays for pick-up by MACH personnel. The contractor must complete processing within 24 hours of drop-off, Monday through Sunday, excluding federal holidays. The contractor shall also provide a Daily Sterilization Load Record/Log upon pick-up and submit monthly invoices via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
