Located at Building’s 1500 Schofield Barracks, 220 Fort Shafter, 6042, East Range Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Contractor will install an Access Control system (AC) system at all locations. Services shall be performed in accordance with commercial practices and in accordance with the standard Security Identification Cards and Badges and Controlled Access Areas as defined in DoDI 5200.08 and AR 190-13.

FAR 52.237-1 SITE VISIT - Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
ENSURE YOU HAVE BASE ACCESS.
Contractor shall provide personnel, management, tools, equipment, parts and materials, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform on-site for the Physical Security project at Buildings 1500 Schofield Barracks, 220 Fort Shafter, and 6042 East Range Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The contractor will remove and dispose of the current Automated Entry Control System (AECS) and any other associated equipment, then provide, install, program, test, and train on a new AECS. Additional work includes installing one Intrusion Alarm Panel (IAP) for the first floor capturing 3 separate areas, an additional IDS panel in the basement, above-ceiling motion detectors, integrating equipment additions to the current IDS, installing a CCTV assessment system with a centrally located security console, and installing outdoor call boxes for VoIP (3 at Building 1500 and 3 at Building 220). Services shall be performed in accordance with commercial practices and DoDI 5200.08 and AR 190-13.
