The contractor must deliver a Bobcat E20 Mini Excavator or equal 2-ton class compact/mini excavator meeting specified operating performance (3,800-5,000 lbs operating weight, diesel engine EPA Tier 4 Final, low and high travel speed), exterior design (ROPS, TOPS, Top Guard, rubber tracks, expandable undercarriage, zero tail swing), hydraulic system (one and two way auxiliary flow, quick disconnects, 2 separate auxiliary lines or diverter valve), operability (changeable control patterns, thumb operated auxiliary controls, foot pedal and hand lever travel controls), and include a thumb attachment, manual quick coupler, 20-24 inch digging bucket, 30-36 inch grading bucket, and 12 inch trenching bucket. Optional attachments include a quick attach tilt coupler, auger attachment with 12 inch bit, and counter weight. Dealer support must be within 50 miles of the delivery address. Delivery is to Medford BLM District Office, 3040 Biddle Rd, Medford, OR 97504, Monday-Thursday 8 am-330 pm, no Federal Holidays, with 24-hour advance notice to Nick McDaniel.
