The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) requires the procurement of Di-N-Butyl Sebacate (DBS). The complete request for proposal (RFP) can be found in the attachments of this notice.
The contractor shall supply Di-N-Butyl Sebacate (DBS) meeting MIL-DTL-82669B(OS) specifications, in 275-gallon poly-totes (953 kg per tote), with a total quantity of 171,458 kg over five years. The contractor must provide a sample, proof of ISO 9001:2015 certification, a list of raw materials with origin country, and demonstrate a 5% small business subcontracting goal. Deliveries are FOB Destination to NSWC IHD, Indian Head, MD, with a 4-week lead time from delivery order. The contractor must also provide a Safety Data Sheet and Certificate of Analysis per CDRLs.
