The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number N3225326Q0068 is issued as an RFQ, for an Industrial Plant Equipment Maintenance IDIQ.

This acquisition is not a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide Industrial Plant Equipment Maintenance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement for a 5-year ordering period under an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity contract.

The period of performance is 09/28/2026 - 09/27/2026.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Product Service Code is J049- Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date.

• Quotes are due not later than Thursday, September 10 2026 at 0800 AM.

• Quotes must be sent via email to both primary and secondary points of contact. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov) by the award date.
