Combined Synopsis Jefferson Barracks Sod Installation

The contractor will supply and install tall fescue sod on first interment casketed areas at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. The cemetery grades and preps the area; the contractor performs minor raking and sod installation. Sod must be machine-cut at a uniform soil thickness of 1 to 1.5 inches, installed within 24 hours of delivery, and tightly fitted around headstones and obstructions. The contractor must remove all debris and waste. The estimated quantity is 40,000 square feet per contract year, ordered in increments of not less than 3,600 square feet.
