The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of the Commissioner, Office of the Chief Scientist, intends to award a firm-fixed-price commercial services purchase order for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, and Operational Qualification/Performance Verification (OQ/PV) services for four (4) Government-owned Agilent gas chromatograph systems located at the FDA Tobacco Products Laboratory in Atlanta, Georgia.
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, travel, OEM-compliant replacement parts, consumables, tools, test equipment, technical support, and incidental services necessary to maintain the covered equipment in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The anticipated period of performance is September 29, 2026, through September 28, 2027.

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, travel, OEM-compliant replacement parts, consumables, tools, test equipment, technical support, and incidental services necessary to maintain four Agilent gas chromatograph systems (models 7890B/7000 and 7890A/7000) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services include annual preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repair, Operational Qualification/Performance Verification (OQ/PV), technical support, warranty services, and required reporting. The contractor must respond to service requests within two business days, provide a minimum twelve-month warranty on labor and replacement parts, and submit field service reports and monthly maintenance reports.
