The contractor shall furnish and deliver three Keithley 6487 Picoammeter/Voltage Sources and three calibration services (part number RE0401-9) with a 12-month calibration interval, as specified in Attachment C-Bill of Materials for RFQSS496408. The contractor shall provide a firm fixed price quotation stating lead-time and country of origin, and must be an authorized reseller of the items. The work includes on-site delivery to Oak Ridge National Laboratory with the requirement that drivers be U.S. citizens, and all electrical equipment must be listed or field-evaluated by a nationally recognized testing laboratory.
