The contractor must supply a variety of Kosher and Halal food items as line items, including Kosher dressing, farina, mustard, jelly, vegetable juice, and multiple types of Kosher meat, dairy, and parve meals (e.g., Beans and Franks, Filet of Sole, Cheese Omelet, Beef Goulash, Chicken Chow Mein, Beef Pot Roast, Hawaiian Meatballs, Meatloaf, Roasted Chicken Breast, Vegetable Protein Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Spanish Omelet, Turkey Cutlet, Vegetarian Eggplant Creole, Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers), as well as Kosher mayonnaise, potato chips, and tartar sauce. Each individual package must be marked with the kosher certification hechsher where specified. Delivery must be within 21 calendar days after receipt of order to FPC Montgomery.
