Area Wide Market Analysis - Arkansas

The vendor will prepare an Areawide Market Analysis (AWMA) for the NRCS Arkansas Field Office, providing fair market values per acre for specified land use types within market areas identified by NRCS. The contract includes a base year for the initial AWMA and up to four option years for annual recertifications or AWMA amendments. Deliverables include a draft report within 60 days of contract completion after training and meetings, a final digital report, an electronic spreadsheet of sales data, and attendance at training sessions.
