The contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, testing, and PPE to install irrigation and sod on the east sides of buildings B-45, B-46, and B-1 at the USDA ARS USNPRC. Work includes boring 250 ft from the sidewalk to valve boxes, adding 12 irrigation zones, installing Zeon zoysia sod on the east side of B-46, providing irrigation to native wildflower planters and exterior planter boxes, testing for leaks, and cleaning the jobsites.
